NOTICE
SEVENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
THE HYDERABAD CHAPTER OF ISACA

The Members of
the Hyderabad Chapter of ISACA
Notice is hereby given that the Seventh Annual Meeting
of
the Hyderabad Chapter of Information Systems Audit and
Control Association
will be held as per following details
Date:the 29th November 2007
Venue Diwan e Khas, Chiran Fort Club, Begumpet,Hyderabad
(Near ex-Huda Office),
Time
7.00 P.M
to transact the following business.
1) To adopt the Minutes of the 6th Annual General
Meeting of the Chapter held on 11th November 2006
2) To adopt the Report of the Secretary on the Chapter
Activities
3) To adopt the accounts of the Chapter for the year
ended 31st March 2007 along with the Auditors Report
4) To appoint the Auditors for the year 2007-08 and fix
their remuneration.
5) To elect the Nomination Committee to conduct the
elections for the year 2008-10
6) To Felicitate the CISA and CISM passed students of
December 2006 and June 2007 Batch and Honorary Faculty
Members who have taken the December 2006 and June 2007 CISA
Classes.
Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
